Repair estimates are provided before work begins whenever possible. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during the repair process. We will contact you for approval before performing any additional work.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Qualifying repairs may include a limited warranty covering the replaced parts and workmanship. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
Customers are encouraged to back up important data before bringing in a device for repair. While we take great care when handling your device, we cannot guarantee that data will not be lost during the repair process.
Data recovery results cannot be guaranteed. The success of recovery depends on the condition of the storage device and the extent of the damage.
Customers should pick up repaired devices within a reasonable period after being notified that the repair is complete. Devices left unclaimed for an extended period may be subject to storage or disposal in accordance with applicable laws.
iRepair Service Allen is not responsible for data loss, pre-existing damage, or issues unrelated to the requested repair. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the repair service.
